If you are not happy with your full priced Evie & Joy purchase you may return it within 7 days of delivery and we will happily exchange (for an item of equal or greater value) or we will offer a store credit to cover the purchase price of the item.
Your item/s must be in their original unwashed condition with all tags attached. We are unable to accept items that have been worn. Items must be in their original packaging. The items must not have any makeup stains or perfume/body odours. We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item if we believe it not to be in the original condition as stated above.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the item does not fit/suit. We offer a store credit or exchange. Please contact us via email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges will be at the customers expense. Please return the item to PO Box 6148, Gold Coast MC Qld 9726. Please enclose a prepaid envelope/satchel for exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Sale items so please choose carefully. If you require the same item in a different size please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Store credits are issued by way of an email Gift Card with a unique code for you to use. This Gift Card with its code will be issued once we have received your returned item/s and confirmed that they fit the criteria of returning items as per details above.
Our policy lasts 7 days from delivery of your purchase. If more than 7 days has expired since the delivery date unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.
